Our client, an apparel manufacturing company is looking for a Japanese speaking candidate to join their team.
Work closely with management team members on all issues related to their people strategy
Oversees company’s HR strategies / policies and provide advice on improvement
Provide support and consultation to the company on full spectrum of human resources management including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and C&B (including payroll) etc.
Responsible for all-round office administration duties within the company
Liaise with Japan headquarter and execute HR / Admin strategies accordingly
Degree holder in HRM or Japanese Studies preferred
At least 6 years’ experience in handling all-round HR and Admin duties; in which at least 2 years of managerial experience
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
Good computer knowledge in MS Office (especially excel), HRIS etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently
Mature, well-organised and attentive to details
