Company Overview

Our client, an apparel manufacturing company is looking for a Japanese speaking candidate to join their team.

Job Description

  • Work closely with management team members on all issues related to their people strategy
  • Oversees company’s HR strategies / policies and provide advice on improvement
  • Provide support and consultation to the company on full spectrum of human resources management including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and C&B (including payroll) etc.
  • Responsible for all-round office administration duties within the company
  • Liaise with Japan headquarter and execute HR / Admin strategies accordingly
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in HRM or Japanese Studies preferred
  • At least 6 years’ experience in handling all-round HR and Admin duties; in which at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office (especially excel), HRIS etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently
  • Mature, well-organised and attentive to details
