custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Member Services .

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Member Services to manage the centre of excellence, including leading and motivating staff to harness a successful and supportive working environment
  • Act as an advisor or subject matter expert in regulatory affairs within the Member Services function, to provide solutions and resolve issues and concerns from clients or regulators proactively whilst ensuring best customer experience
  • Manage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and counterparts, such as Regulatory, Compliance, Trustee and Fiduciary Services, Legal departments, as well as relevant governance parties, in dealing with matters relating to risk and regulations matters in Pension
  • Drive and implement risk management procedural changes and controls to achieve timely efficiency and effectiveness in Operations, with adherence to regulations, policies and service level agreements in Member Services
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory-related affairs
  • Attend HKTA and MPFA meetings
  • Develop, implement and review result of quality assurance program
  • Requirements

  • University degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • In depth working experience in Pension, with exposure in dealing with regulators
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and improve customer experience
  • Strong leadership skills along with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English with proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with high level of integrity and professionalism
