Duties

Reporting to the Vice-President (Research and Technology), the appointee will provide administrative support to the Vice-President and the HK Tech 300 programme;

establish network and develop partnership with appropriate government offices, universities and research institutes and industrial / business community locally and globally;

incubate and facilitate major large-scale interdisciplinary projects and centres; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Master’s / Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ extensive experience in dealing with organisations / institutions.

Competence in strategic thinking and planning, communication and interpersonal skills, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required.

Broad network with professional bodies, governments and industrial associations is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract;

fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
