Officer-Customer Service (12-month contract)

Responsibilities :

  • To maintain the brand name of developer during handover and beyond
  • Works within the guidance of handover standard procedure
  • Provide assistance for Customer Service Team during handover and beyond
  • Handle the defect enquiries and complaints from owners and residents
  • Work with EMO to follow up owners and residents enquiries and complaints
  • Work with Project Team and ensure all defect rectification works and conducted in a timely manner
  • Requirements :

  • Finished HKALE (A-Level) / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or customer service
  • Experience in handover of upscale residential properties is a definite advantage
  • Abilities to interact with staff and customers in a flexible, proactive and efficient manner
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Words / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated, be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Applicants with lesser experience would be considered as Assistant Officer Customer Service
