The HKUST Business School is searching for a high-caliber individual to support the Assistant Director to provide overall career development and placement for MSc students.
The role is responsible for managing career resources / vendors, developing & maintaining relationship with recruiters, and organizing career events.
The appointee will focus on the following areas :
In addition, the appointee will need to liaise with external coaches to provide suitable coaching for our students according to their career goals effectively.
The appointee has to understand the needs of different programs and be resourceful to identify relevant career development training which match with our world-class standing.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA / MSc, with at least 7 years of work experience. Candidates with experience in B2B business development, multinational talent acquisition or management, or work experience in graduate programs are highly desirable.
Strong business acumen and a proactive attitude are essential. The ideal candidates should possess excellent teamwork and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
Fluency in Putonghua is also required. (Duration : 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
