The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience and CRM to local and overseas customers of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
It operates 88 Race Meetings a year, 33 Simulcasts days, a thrice-weekly Mark 6 Draw, 7X24 Digital Channels, 7X24 Football Betting Services on over 11,000 different leagues per year.
The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.
develop and maintain overall project timeline, issue log, minutes for the PMO working committee
liaise and coordinate with different team members to work together collaboratively; help in overall problem solving sessions especially around customer experience workstream
ensure smooth functioning of the PMO
track progress and ensure all functional teams are working according to the work plan; identify and raise any issues from operational level that warrants higher management attention;
highlight and address workstreams and inter-project dependency via his / her PMO oversight role
provide support in coordinating with different departments in their preparation of business planning
You should have
a bachelor degree in Business, or related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years’ project management experience with proven record of China related strategic project experience and dealing with different stakeholders in China
to be seasoned and maturity strong personal and communication impact to manage complex projects
solid experience in project management and implementation; solid experience in business planning, budgeting and business analysis
excellent communication and relationship management skills with excellent Putonghua competency; bilingual translation and interpretation skill
strategic business planning capabilities, preferably with exposure in risk management and compliance
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
