They are currently looking for candidates with excellent customer servicing skills in order to support their business growth.
Provide high standard luxury customer services to members and guests
Attend enquires via phone and email
Handle general administrative tasks
Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by management
Maintain an organized database
Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant experience preferable
Exposure in hospitality-related environment will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS office and Chinese typing
Efficient language skills including English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
