Assists the manager in maintaining POS department’s goals and targets are in line with the company’s overall business strategic and operational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
POS Case Monitoring & Management Support
Handle enquires from internal & external parties in matters related to POS
Review, investigate and resolve escalated complaints or appeal cases. Escalate sensitive cases to management where appropriate.
Approve cases which exceed subordinates’ authority
Monitor the productivity, quality & efficiency of the team by reviewing the productivity report, audits and management reports in order to ensure consistency and accuracy of the output.
Conducts resources planning, allocate team workload
Conducts periodic audits to ensure the POS transactions are properly performed
Project Support or non-routine task
Drive initiatives and Company strategic projects in order to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Company Campaigns, Digital Initiatives, Operation Efficiency Projects & Compliance or regulatory requirement
Organize and provide training to internal staff, business partners or agencies
Reviews POS procedures and internal / external guideline are standardized and updated
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements :
University / College graduate plus 4 - 5 years relevant experience with 1-year supervisory experience OR
Form 5 graduate plus 6-7 years related experience
Effective problem solving and communication skills
The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
