The Central Administration Office is looking for a high caliber and self-motivated individual to lead and co-ordinate the cross- functional efforts in taking forward the new Guangzhou campus establishment process.
preparing presentation and publicity materials; planning and executing projects and events; liaising and working closely with relevant offices / stakeholders inside and outside the University in relation to the planning, preparatory and formal establishment of the new campus.
The appointee is expected to station in Nansha, Guangzhou with frequent business travel between the campus in Clear Water Bay and that in Guangzhou.
Applicants should have the following qualities :
b) at least 6 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably with experience in serving in tertiary education institutions.
d) strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; and
e) a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and under pressure.

This is a Mainland appointment. The appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST (Guangzhou), a Mainland entity, in accordance with the Mainland labour laws and regulations.
