Senior Facilities Manager*Corporate Real Estate

Our client is an International Service Providerwho manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties in Hong Kong, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the Facilities team and manage a global investment bank account in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

  • To monitor and manage staff performance and ensure staff member meets the levels of performance.
  • To manage the monthly / quarterly / Annual report for the clients and the single point of Management Control for FM and Engineering operations in the client sites.
  • To coordinate FM team self-performed and vendor works on site.
  • To ensure that all repair and emergency works are undertaken in time.
  • To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum8+ year experiences inFacilities / Property management
  • Degree or above in Facility / property Management / Hospitality / Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experienced in Corporate Real Estate and Banking is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • Energetic with good customer services
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
