Part-time Customer Officer (Email & Livechat)

Your role

  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints through email / web chat and offer one-stop resolution
  • Handle customer dispute cases with care and professionalism and escalate when needed
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
  • Follow procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly
  • Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
  • Assist on ad hoc jobs
  • To succeed in this role

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Customer-oriented, Pro-active, willing to learn, able to work independently
  • Work location : Ngau Tau Kok
