  • Our client, a well-known banking company, is looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join its dynamic team.

    Responsibilities :

  • Provide support in handling end-to-end recruitment process and other HR services in daily operations
  • Assist in daily operations, events and provide support on ad-hoc duties
  • Handle recruitment hotline and candidate enquiries from different social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in the HR system
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook
  • Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
