As an extended journey from boutique, the After-sales Services Centre, a client-facing destination showcasing selected premium alteration, repair and care services of the House, is introduced, to demonstrate our lifetime engagement with the client and our CSR commitment.

Reporting to the Head, the Back of House Support is responsible for providing seamless coordination on day-to-day services support to keep the operations running smoothly behind the scenes, enable the team to deliver a unique luxurious experience to the clients.

Key Responsibilities : .

Execute & coordinate all After-sales Services Centre related services support on the client journey, facilities operations & maintenance with Retail Support team to preserve the overall brand image.

Coordinate all administrative duties and security related functions (security procedure, cameras, safe, alarms etc)

Assist the Head to follow up & coordinate of all renovation or touchup as required.

Work closely with respective counterparts to manage related in-house systems and procedures, VM display, inventory management & item transfer, security & safety etc.

Support the Operations Manager to ensure the space & resources are ready to welcome our clients, e.g. refreshment, consultation room.

Role Specifications :

Academic / Professional Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above

Work Experience

More than 3 years of experience on Retail Operations / Maintenance

5 days work on shift

Required Competencies

Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility

People oriented with good relationship building skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong service driven mindset

Thrive working in a team environment
