The Responsibilities
Be a key player in dealing with internal and external staff, vendors, partners and suppliers
Assist local project delivery and local customer support
Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to need those needs proactively with the related teams
Interface between local team and regional based project delivery and customer support teams
Drive long-term customer satisfaction through maintaining and managing partner relationships
Assist and work towards the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
Review customer complaints and work towards resolutions
Engage partners actively, positively and consistently, and assist them with any required problem-solving and gather feedback
Other ad-hoc duties
