Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular apparel brand with branches across the globe.
Responsible for all training activities for retail level as well as conduct training to ensure the knowledge, services and operations that carried out by frontline team are consistent with global business and product objectives
Review and update training materials from time to time to fulfill the needs from different aspects
Responsible for pre-training and post-training preparation, such as enrolment & attendance, venue setup, facilities and equipments, training materials and evaluation, etc.
Perform TNA and identify the gaps for future enhancement
Work closely with retail operation team to develop regular and annual training plan
Compile various training reports for management review
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
3 years of retail training experience
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Strong presentation & communication skill
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
