  • Monitor, triage, resolve or escalate tickets being submitted for incidents and requests by users on a daily basis;
  • Provide global coverage with support team for LabWare LIMS system and other applications integrated to LIMS;
  • Promote objects between DEV, QA, TRN and PROD environments to facilitate bug fixes and release improvements to production;
  • Supports the identification of system issues by coordinating with users, analyzing the issue, replicating the issue in PROD SUPPORT or QA environments to identify the root cause;
  • Review existing Laboratory Information Management System tool (LIMS) and understand current state of production environments, processes and methods;
  • Utilize learned methods for controlling change to the existing environment;
  • Develop knowledge of support requirements, SLAs, and enhancement requests for all versions of current and future deployed LIMS products;
  • Evaluate and update application product documentation; Manage support documentations for end user / support training purposes;
  • Assess issues versus enhancement requests and coordinate with end users, Business Analysts, and Managers for their proper resolutions;
  • Improve system performance by investigating problems, identifying trends and providing solutions;
  • Provide close coordination with the Development Team for any programming need;
  • Performs other duties as directed.
  • Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline ;
  • At least five years of directly related experience with 2 years experience in Level 2 or 3 technical support in any application;
  • Knowledge in LabWare LIMS v6.0 or higher;
  • Experience withSQL / Oracle, Java / JavaScript, and Visual Basic / .Net, Angular JS as well as MongoDB document database;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Willing to adjust work schedule with different time zones when needed.
