Customer Services Assistant (eCommerce) (req433)
Provide customer service support on cross-border B2C service
Provide support on logistic coordination, flight booking arrangement & daily report preparation
Provide support on customer’s general enquiry & exceptional case handling
Perform special duties / ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
Associate degree or above
Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in freight forwarder / logistics industry
Proactive, independent and strong sense of responsibility
Sound communications skills; well organized and multi-tasked
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
