Customer Services Assistant (eCommerce) (req433)


  • Provide customer service support on cross-border B2C service
  • Provide support on logistic coordination, flight booking arrangement & daily report preparation
  • Provide support on customer’s general enquiry & exceptional case handling
  • Perform special duties / ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
  • Requirements

  • Associate degree or above
  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in freight forwarder / logistics industry
  • Proactive, independent and strong sense of responsibility
  • Sound communications skills; well organized and multi-tasked
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
