The Customer Support Generalist will be working in one of the below areas and actively build rapport with contractors and customers by being empathic, helpful and providing a solution that satisfies the customer.
Customer Contact (Contractor Hotline)
Provide fast and easy support to contractors fulfilling order on site, acting as a go between for the contractor and customers regarding product, delivery, replacement order, and handling 1st tier customer complaints
Customer Contact (Customer Hotline)
Provide fast and easy support to customer enquiries through call regarding product, promotion, delivery, replacement order, stock, price and handle 1st tier customer complaints
Offer additional buying opportunities by informing the customers about choices available in our product and service range to fulfill their needs.
Balance customer’s expectations & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customers
Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in line with routines, regulation and guidelines
Opening hours of Customer Support Centre : 10 : 30am to 08 : 00pm
Shift working hours for Full-time : 10 hours per day
Averagely monthly time off 10 days including statutory holidays
Working location : Shatin Office
Form 5 or above, with 1 - 2 years working experience in any customer facing field
Able to work in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment
Good command of English and Cantonese; fair in Mandarin
Hands-on PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Input )
Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
Helpful and passionate
Passion in home furnishing and IKEA culture & values
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Support Specialist
