Assistant / Deputy Administration Manager (Private Banking Department)

Responsibilities :

  • To assist in general administrative duties for the Private Banking Department
  • To provide high quality reception service, greet customers in professional manner
  • To handle in-coming telephone calls, letters and faxes, monitor stationary and pantry supplies replenishment
  • To maintain conference rooms bookings, arrange courier service, maintain log of courier deliveries
  • To provide general clerical support in any ad hoc projects
  • Requirements :

  • Secondary School or above
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as receptionist in a sizable company
  • A good team-player with strong communication, interpersonal and coordinating skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin preferred
  • Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing
