Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree (Honours) or a higher degree; and (ii) at least seven years of work experience in an administrative unit of an organization, preferably with experience in a supervisory role.

  • Reporting to the Head of Wellness and Counselling Centre (WACC), major duties include (a) providing secretariat support to committees related to mental wellness issues;
  • b) providing strategic planning and supervising the execution of mental wellness education programmes; (c) planning and supervising the execution of campus-

  • wide education campaigns and promotion activities through liaison and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, including the organization of annual mindfulness expo in CUHK and support the publicity and implementation of the event;
  • d) leading a website revamp and a mobile application development project and managing contractor(s) concerned; (e) monitoring the service of 24-

  • hour hotline and managing the service provider through regular meetings and feedbacks with a view to enhancing the service quality and performance;
  • f) supporting the Head of WACC in devising a crisis handling protocol and engaging stakeholders (including Faculties and Colleges) to buy-

  • in the new protocol; (g) representing the Head of WACC at inter-institution platforms for better communication and sharing of best practices in the sector;
  • and (h) assisting the Head of WACC in monitoring services of WACC and preparing reports to senior management. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
