Job Responsibility

Assist the Account Lead to run the site operations

Be an agent in the Contractor’s organization, possessing the information, full authority and resources necessary to act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes in connection with the Contract;

Be totally accountable and responsible for the safety, quality, cost and progress of the service;

Serve as primary interface and work closely with the Service Manager in delivering the service;

Have day-to-day responsibility in ensuring the Client’s customer satisfaction and in stakeholder management;

Administer and continuously refine the overall service strategy and plan in order to improve the service efficiency;

Devote full time, dedicated efforts to managing the service.
