Customer Services Representative – Airfreight

Your tasks

  • This position is responsible to complete service request from internal and external customer with the required speed, accuracy, and reliability;
  • actively contribute to service excellence, securing customer's loyalty, and new business identification or generation.

    Your tasks :

  • Receive and review bookings from the customers to ensure all requirements are clear before execution
  • Update sales quotations in the operating system
  • Follow the handling procedures as laid down for individual customers
  • Compile reports and perform system update for defined accounts
  • Work closely with operations and sales to meet customer’s requirement and solve daily booking issues
  • Job knowledge sharing with new teammates
  • Handle special assignments as required by relevant departments to increase business prospects for the company
  • Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management
  • Requirements

  • High School standard or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics industry
  • Fresh graduate in Higher Diploma or above will also be considered
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Typing and computer skill
  • Possess core competences including strong customer and service orientation, high commitment for quality, willingness to learn and flexibility, business acumen, strong communications ability
