Responsibilities :

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support;
  • Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, staff relations and performance management
  • Handle daily shop operation, such as shop maintenance, monitor the performance of the frontline staff, etc.
  • Assist in review, develop and implement various compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, long-term and short-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, tax treatment of compensation programs, financial and proxy disclosure and analysis
  • Handle recruitment projects and select the right talent aligning business growth and needs
  • Support annual performance review and salary benchmarking
  • Assist in implementing staff training programs when necessary
  • Assist in HR policies and procedures review
  • Prepare periodic HR related analysis reports
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years' Human Resources and Administrative experience is a must;
  • Mature, attentive to details, analytical minded and able to work under pressure;
  • Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
