Job Responsibilities :

  • Contributes to defining and implementing procurement strategies, initiate, support and drive procurement initiatives
  • Engage in procurement activities including purchasing, contract negotiation and management
  • Monitor & review vendor relationships in terms of the performance management & service delivery
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with best industry practice
  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement functions and refine company's procurement procedures
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in business administration / procurement / supply chain or related disciplines, CIPS or CPSM qualified is an advantage
  • At least 10 years of procurement experience with minimum 3 years in property management / office renovation preferably in the world leading real estate service companies;
  • experience in data center management is a plus

  • Proven track record of leading big scale of office renovation RFPs
  • Strong sense of integrity, business acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
