The Real Estate investment banking group provides corporate clients across the Real Estate spectrum with advice, access to financing and execution expertise across a wide range of investment banking products.

The Real Estate team in Hong Kong / is looking for an Associate to join the group. Our Analysts play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

Their responsibilities include creating and analysing financial models, organising and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, and assisting in structuring transactions.

They will gain exposure to the firm's businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry, as they develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.
