KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support Regional Education & Artistry Director in the development of APAC Education 2.0, including focusing on Maximizing BA Influential Power &
  • Leveraging Digital Assets for BAs Learning and Tools.

    Teach and inspire Beauty Advisors about the elements of social / digital not only how it can help their business but ultimately turning from a traditional to consumer-influencing BAs

    Planning strategically to propel the acceleration of BAs advocacy model, social, digital and omni activations

  • Guide and monitor the implementation and acceleration of BAs’ digital self-learning strategy in each market : leveraging ELX platform, YouCam, Regional Digital and Omni assets assisting markets on localization contents creation, analyzing &
  • reporting on BAs learning and engagement progress with solid follow up plans.

  • Work closely & follow up with each market on social BA activations executions aligning with Consumer Marketing strategy, to elevate BAs &
  • Makeup Artists from product experts to consumer-engaging social influencers.

    Create bi-monthly BA Activation Newsletter, through this platform to share best practices across APAC region and lead social BA advocacy model.

    An in-house news lead that provide trends, stories and activities to inspire across region on best practices

    Support Education & Artistry Director on social content creation and development of skincare & makeup trends, by collaborating with Consumer Marketing and Global Makeup Artists.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Consumer Marketing to 1) drive synchronized digital social calendar for consumer-facing &
  • BA-facing, 2) drive markets’ BA social activation & tracking; and 3) strengthen the capability of markets’ education team on digital-

    led learning, social activation, Omni-experience.

    Key measurements of success for the roles would be

    Initiation of Education 2.0 Strategy focusing on Maximizing BA Influential Power competencies & Leveraging Digital Assets to BAs learnings

    BA Activation roll out with business impact.

    Regional relevant social content creations on makeup / skincare trends.

    The role would lead & own the following :

    1) Maximize BA / MUA influential power

    Drive & follow up with all markets in APAC region on BA activation roll out, working closely with Consumer Marketing on market executions.

    Issue bi-monthly BA Activation Newsletter to share the best practice in APAC region, to further influence and motivate markets on driving BA activations.

    Create social contents for regional relevant skincare & makeup trends and tips, by collaborating with Consumer Marketing and selective BA / MUA influencers from APAC region.

    2) Drive digital led learning & digital-transformation of selling tools

    Guide and monitor the implementation and acceleration of BAs’ digital self-learning strategy in each market

    Maximize ELX as the key digital learning platform from each market :

    1) Implement YouCam training with regional relevancy, follow up with markets on local roll out plan & execution

    2) Assist markets on analyzing & reporting on BAs learning and engagement process with solid follow up plans.

  • Leverage Omni Chanel assets & tools for BA learning, e.g. leverage the usage of Makeup & Skincare iPad in store, to facilitate consumer experiencing journey and selling in store.
  • 3) Capability building

    Build capability in Education Managers from APAC region to support the revolution of BA / MUA social activation and movement, especially focusing on digital learning and new way of classroom training & in-store coaching.

    Build the relationship with selective BA / MUA influencers from each market for the social content creations, also elevate their capabilities and creativities in social content creations, to ensure an impactful social influence with regional relevancy.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree holder;
  • Minimum 6 years of Education & Retail Sales experience in cosmetic and beauty industry with proven records in classroom delivery and field culture development expertise.

  • Experience in Digital / Social Media / e-Commerce is highly encouraged;
  • Strong command of English with secondary language available in both verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills;
  • Social / Digital savvy, able to capture the latest trends and activities from social and adapt into it rapidly with creative ideas and action plans;
  • Solid cosmetic & beauty industry training background;
  • Strong and Estee Lauder-fit Presence & Style;
  • Strong people skills and communication skills to influence and develop relationship cross functions, affiliates, regional and global;
  • Understand Asian prestige cosmetic market (in channels and competition) and embrace different culture relevancy among markets
