Job description

  • Responsible to plan, develop, manage, implement and control all aspect of facility management function for the networks in Asia Pacific Region and HQ
  • Responsible to handle full scope or maintenance process including prepare budget, cost estimation, design drawing development, annual planning, tendering, preparation of submission, construction and completion follow up
  • Develop complete records of specifications, guidelines and manage different reporting and analysis on a department basis in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supervise the team for planning, development, implementation, regular monitor and control the effectiveness of policies and procedures with different departments to achieve better planning, coordination and execution
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders from different region on project requirements and monitor work progress
  • Carry out feasibility studies and recommends for improvement initiatives, provide design guidelines & technical solutions with consideration of aesthetic & operation POV in work execution
  • Prepare, control and monitor overall maintenance budget for the region
  • Manage and carry out tender to ensure the cost-effectiveness with keeping the quality of the vendors
  • Manage and monitor the performance of outsourcing service provider and team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Handle inspection and manage quality control of the networks; ensure to maintain in excellent condition and keeping the consistency of store image and concept with the company standard.
  • Ensure maintain the high quality across the region


  • University Degree on Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities / Building Management / E&M or other relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in project management, facilities management & administration or related discipline with at least 2 years managerial level
  • Candidate with retail or regional experiences is an advantage
  • Strong in planning and possess a strategic and analytical mind set
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with operation and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, strong ability in risks management and problem solving
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure within tight schedule
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel is required
