IT Services Manager - Regional Financial Institution Description Responsibilities : Manage the ongoing IT Service requests including Desktop Support, VIP Support, and Audio / Visual etc.
Manage the IT service model under ITIL framework, across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Level Management. Maintain the IT Service model across the operations, governance and service desk.
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, key business managers, and stakeholders. Manage projects related to desktop technologies etc.
Qualifications : Experience in leading an IT Service Team across Desktop Support and VIP Support. Proven track record in managing IT service operations.
Experience in managing SLA and service delivery. A good mindset of compliance and IT Security. Experience with infrastructure, network, and desktop technologies including PC, Microsoft Windows, Office, iPhone, VC, Printers etc.
Previous VIP Support experience is highly preferred. ITIL Certification. Great personality and people skill. Excellent Communications skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
