Support marketing activities execution, budget control and execution of marketing programs, program performance tracking, and channel communication for China Commercial Business Team.
Liaise with business partners, internal and external market communications partners.
Ensure the effective engagement with internal sales team to facilitate business growth, including preparing sales kit, sales briefing, workshop on individual customer case, etc.
Assist digital marketing campaigns including website update, SEM, SEO, social media promotion (WeChat), etc.
Analyze customer data to increase retention and upgrade rate
Marketing collaterals preparation
Handle client’s enquiries
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Associate degree holder or above in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline
1 year’s marketing experience preferred
Awareness of China market
Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English and well versed in written Chinese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
