Payroll Executive - Professional Services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform and manage payroll calculation for clients
  • Compile monthly payroll & MPF reports and employer’s tax compliance
  • On-going review and formulation of HR policies & procedures
  • Attend to client enquiries and provide professional advice to the client
  • Participate actively in HR related ad hoc projects
  • Key Requirements :

  • Post-secondary graduate, preferably major in accounting, human resources management, business studies or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience in payroll outsourcing or in-house payroll function
  • Knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
  • Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive grade
