However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Operations Executive (Fleet Management) to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.
About the job
The candidate will manage fleet queries and complaints in a professional manner. He / she will work closely with the Operations team and optimize the operations process and performance.
Acknowledging and resolving fleet requests and complaints
Keeping records of all interactions, comments and complaints for performance improvement
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and constantly communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Aligning on fleet management strategies with Operations Manager
Ensuring fleet satisfaction and provide professional support
Review the existing operations flow and design innovative new processes in order to increase efficiency and continue business growth
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Cantonese
Excellent customer service skills, with a polite, tactful and firm manner
Confidence, professionalism and patient
Detail minded, ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times
