Sales Administrative Assistant (Native Mandarin)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the sales order coordination and progress monitoring in the business support system (BSS)
  • Maintain accurate data input and record updates in the system
  • Monitor the sales ordering progress and timely distribution to relevant departments
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for management review
  • Work closely with multiple departments to enhance the sales workflow, account receivables and credit control
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as required
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
