Primary Duties :
Emergency building services issues
Property facility maintenance
Manage volunteer(s) to provide campus facility care
Pest control
Site cleaning and cleaning contractor management
Storage upload / offload
Manage setup and tear down team
Room usage technical support
All other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications :
Experience in property facility maintenance
Contractor management
Janitorial experience
Storage maintenance and organization
Strong attention to detail
Quick learner; dependable
Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors
Strong interpersonal skills
A flexible approach to changing priorities and duties
An understanding of Saddleback Church and its values and culture
