We are currently looking for an Audience & Data Director to join us.

Palmolive (CP) globally and based in Hong Kong which is the regional hub for APAC.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to : Red Fuse Media Lead (APAC) & Red Fuse Chief Consumer Experience Officer (APAC)

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
Familiarise yourself with our work at Red Fuse, the wider WPP network we collaborate with and GroupM Audience Planning and Data Driven Marketing solutions
Review and learn global and client guidelines related to Data as well as assisting in auditing our current set up / eco-system
Review existing planning process and advise on how to incorporate a more Data Driven approach
In six months :
Build relationships with local Agency partners and trained Audience Planning leads in each market
Worked with teams to incorporate an Audience planning approach across all campaigns and initiatives
Developed growth opportunities for Colgate across their key brands
In 12 months :
Assisted in delivering on the KPI’s of the Red Fuse Communications team
Improve the consistency and quality of output of our communications planned which would be underpinned with a Data Driven Marketing approach
What your day job looks like at Red Fuse :
Partner with client and Red Fuse Communications team to deliver thought leadership, look for new ways to enhance, develop or execute creative solutions and insights through data and analytics
Drive our Data Driven Marketing vision and approach across the business
Develop best in class audience management and planning practices and leveraging our internal DMP platform.
Ultimate responsible for the accuracy and executions of all Audience Planning deliverables by ensuring timeliness, completeness and insightfulness in the work
Demonstrate knowledge of client business and develop deep understanding of the FMCG sector, strategic ideas, new initiatives, competitive positioning and work to ensure strategic thinking is applied
Develop a test and learn roadmap to drive cutting-edge strategy and execution
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, Red Fuse and local market agency teams
Provide support, as requested, to solve broad strategic marketing problems
Identify most efficient processes and operationalization’s
Maintain relations from key DSP partners and Ad Tech Vendors as well us keeping up to speed with Programmatic landscape across APAC
Leadership, Management and Influence
Oversee and review the work of local agency teams and in-market audience planners
Build strong relationships across GroupM leadership and as well as counterparts in other WPP agencies to best deliver the best of GroupM and WPP
Build strong relationships with key technology providers, including internal m Platform team
Develop internal understanding of Audience Planning approach and best practices within the agency
Strong operational, client engagement and delivery skills
Team player with a strong desire to collaborate and contribute
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to self-start and drive to the finish line
What you’ll bring :
8 years + relevant work experience in analytics / digital media
Past Programmatic and Audience Planning experience is preferred
MBA in marketing, economics, mathematics or statistics is a plus
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), collaboration and delegation skills and client facing experience within media agencies or publishers highly desired
Progressively responsible roles in Digital Marketing, Consulting Services, Advertising, and / or Analytics
Functional team management and leadership experience : experience managing senior-level client-focused, business-critical resources
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with senior executives in the extended global GroupM and WPP family
