Exciting opportunity to develop and lead marketing strategies in support of ON Semiconductor’s channel initiatives.ON Semiconductor is seeking a Channel Marketing leader for the APAC region, responsible for driving demand creation through ON Semiconductor’s distribution partners.
This position will report to the Manager of Global Channel Marketing within the Corporate Marketing, Strategy, and Solutions Engineering organization.
Principal Responsibilities :
Develop and execute joint-marketing plans with distribution partners to drive demand creation Align marketing plans to drive Corporate, Business Unit, and Channel Sales objectives Collaborate and negotiate with distribution partners to identify most impactful programs to support objectives Leverage company-wide resources to drive successful execution of marketing programs Define KPIs to measure the impact of marketing programs and regularly report to channel management Think Outside the box’ to develop creative new programs
Digital Marketing Programs Prepare marketing collateral for new product introductions Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Business unit resources to produce messaging, advertisements, landing pages, videos, etc.
with distribution partners to drive customer engagement Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and distribution partners to develop new initiatives including web personalization, lead generation, and customer journey tracking programs
Event Management Responsible for the successful execution of tradeshows, seminars, training events, etc. run in conjunction with distribution partners Responsibilities include organizing booth presence, speaking or training sessions, and logistics
Drive Brand Presence and Integrity Drive visibility and awareness for ON Semiconductor’s brand, products, and solutions across distribution partner websites Maintain and elevate ON Semiconductor’s brand integrity and core values across external websites and advertisements
Skills and Experience Required :
BSEE or similar degree preferred
Knowledge of semiconductor components and electronics applications required
8-10+ years marketing experience required Marketing experience within the semiconductor industry and / or electronics components distributors strongly preferred preferred
Prior experience with and understanding of digital marketing programs and marketing technologies preferred
Proven success in establishing relationships and collaborating with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills and good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Must have strong initiative, adaptability and focused attention to detail
Ability to travel infrequently when needed (Approx. 10% of time, both domestic and international)
