HR & Admin Supervisor

2-3 years’ relevant experience in HR & Admin

Good team player, strong leadership and proven capability to motivate and inspire team members

Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, commitment to the job, strong sense of responsibility

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Office operations especially MS Excel and MS Word

Responsibilities :

Assist in implementing practices for corporate governance, human resources and internal audits

Handle full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, MPF, training and development, performance management, and staff record management

Manage the reception and provide general administrative support to the head office

Coordinate with office management or administration related duties and other departments

Coordinate employee relations activities

Assist in implementing ad hoc projects as assigned
