The job incumbent will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to premier customers by resolving technical issues through the dedicated hotline

Working hour s
42.5 working hours per week
Work shifts between 8am 8pm (including weekends & public holidays)
To succeed in this role
Diploma or above in Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline, with qualification / certification of computer study (e.
g. MCP, MCSE etc) preferred
1 year’s relevant experience in technical service / support, familiar with broadband / mobile would be an advantage (candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive)
Customer oriented, enthusiastic & self-motivated
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese
