Context of the job
We are looking for a new Business Manager to join our office in Hong Kong and help us grow the business in the area.
The Business Manager main responsibilities include :
Work with the Country Manager and the Business Manager team to execute the business strategy and the business plan.
Prospect major local accounts in Hong Kong and gather consultancy requirements.
Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients.
Hire and coordinate a team of specialized consultants.
Interview candidates and recruit new employees.
Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (Coaching)
Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers.
Manage the practice’s growth with current but also new customers.
Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers.
Follow-up with existing customers.
Experience in IT consulting / IT headhunting or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing company.
Proven track record of working with key stakeholders to build and maintain partnerships.
Have significant experience in a customer-facing role.
Be entrepreneurial, independent, and love building things from scratch.
Understand and build great relationships with technical customers.
Have ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
French or Cantonese is a plus
