Responsibilities

  • Providing first line support to users
  • Providing helpdesk support guidance to users on basic computer related questions
  • Take ownership of helpdesk case resolution
  • Escalate helpdesk cases when needed
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor
  • Occasional travel to Asian countries
  • Requirements

  • Willing to learn
  • Form 5 or above
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
  • Experience in providing mobile and pc support is a plus
  • Knowledge on server, virtualization, networking and conferencing equipment is an advantage
  • Strong communication skill in Cantonese / English / Mandarin language is essential. Ability in Japanese is an advantage but not a must
