Reporting to IT Manager, the role will be responsible to lead IT Services Team to provide the instant support to all business users in office and retail stores.
Lead IT Services team to provide 1st level instant support to business users in office and retail stores
Follow IT policies and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the incident cases and compliant to the SLA
Manage IT procurement process and maintain IT Assets, such as hardware, software license and networking equipment, etc
Manage Accounts and Access Right for the end users
Technical support for laptop users and mobility devices
End users support on Application system in office and retail stores
Manage vendor to complete repair / support case
Coordinate with different departments and maintain close contact with business process owners and key users with IT Team
May require on-call support or ad-hoc work during store operating hours (non-office hours), and specific time during stock take or system rollouts
Execute company policies to achieve the audit standard and support IT audit activities.
Provide end users training on related IT tool
Diploma above in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
End user facing and customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
3 years or above relevant experience in Technical Support
Knowledge in computer hardware, servers, network, mobile and handheld devices
Knowledge in retail system and mobile applications
Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills to maintain good relationships with business users
Able to work independently and under pressure
Result and solution oriented, value teamwork
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be advantage
