We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Clerk.

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Handle daily correspondences and perform data entry in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Handle internal and external customers’ enquiries
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to organize meetings and participate in ad hoc assignment
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above, with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
  • Minimum 1 year’ of clerical / administrative experience preferably gained from banking industry
  • Good team player, detail conscious and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
  • Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
