Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm.
As part of the team, you’ll help develop and administer our total rewards programme by focusing on areas such as competitive benchmarking, tax and regulatory compliance, and incentive design and linkage to performance management.
Reporting to the PwC China Total Rewards CoE Cluster (TR) Lead, the Wellness & Benefits Senior Manager is responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of Wellness and Benefits strategies, initiatives and campaigns to attract and engage employees in China, Hong Kong and Macau to ensure competitive Total Rewards packages that deliver PwC differentiated Wellness & Benefits experience.
Key responsibilities include :
Work closely with TR Lead while leading a small team to :
Design and develop Wellness & Benefits vision, strategies and priorities, ensure synergies and alignment with Compensation within TR and across Clusters
Design the Wellness & Benefits policies, programs and systems to ensure the adoption of leading practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of PwC China business and people strategies and overall strategic objectives of TR
Leverage broad expertise and knowledge of leading practices and innovative thinking to analyse the current approach / initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
Scope and design short and long-term solution-focused initiatives and develop high-level roadmaps (Not liminted to Flexible Benefits, Wellness upskilling programmes , Vacinnation , Staff recognition programs, Employee Discounts, Flexible work arrangements, Leaves and other adhoc wellness and benefits-related policies and programmes )
Provide Wellness & Benefits expert advice and strategic consultative services to the business leaders
Direct and oversee the implementation aspects of all initiatives within Wellness & Benefits
Provide overall leadership and people management, monitor and empower the team to deliver results
Ways of Working
Collaborate with key stakeholders ( business and HC leadership) to understand business requirements and objectives
Support HC TR CoE Lead to drive the delivery of the end to end Wellness and Benefits strategies, initiatives and campaigns
Qualifications and skills
10+ years of experience in HR or Employee Wellness & Benefits
Previous experience in insurance brokage and benefits consulting, Wellness & Benefits system design and implementation
Proven ability to manage Wellness & Benefits transformation in a complex global / territory capacity
Experience in people management with senior management exposure on influencing policy, process and behavioural change
Evidence of researching and applying best practice frameworks when developing fit for purpose business solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, articulation, project management, and communication skills
