About the role

This role will be responsible for the Change Management of PLM across all brands and working closely with the US office and global stakeholders in terms of planning, structuring and harmonizing the PLM project across global business.

A key focus of the role is to develop change strategies and create actions plans so that the working team(s) drive productivity and efficiency by delivering robust E2E processes, supported by lean and efficient organization design.

The incumbent should be able to translate strategy into a roadmap and executable actions across processes and systems.

What you will do

Communication Strategy & Plan / Workshop sessions (Internal)

  • Participate in all PLM workshops.
  • Help create content with subject matter experts & reviewing with key partners.
  • Schedule all key communication forums-facilitating meetings , agenda topics , re-caps.
  • Prepare executive change documentation for LT meetings. Training Strategy & Plan
  • Own creating content & reviewing with key partners
  • Schedule all key communication forums
  • Provide facilitation support for GIS & supplier trainings , lab sessions as go live approaches
  • Provide coaching and training support to staff through the transition, actively measuring and monitoring the change curve and adoption rates Change management measure & Resistance Plan
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop change strategies, plans and frameworks, including stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, resistance management, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training (content development and delivery) in partnership with GIS Transformation Lead & SF teams.
  • Utilize the change impact assessment and additional interviews with key partners to understand points of user resistanceisk
  • Create an action plan to mitigate risk
  • Work alongside SF project management lead to ensure that project and change deliverables are harmonized - continuously monitor and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Partner with internal staff (Project Team, Category Teams, other impacted cross functional teams with GIS ) and external stakeholders (suppliers) to drive implementation
  • Who you are

  • Business Acumen - Good understanding of PLM, Product Development and Production Creation processes, Industry knowledge of apparel supply chain management within international brand or retail environment;
  • Problem Solver - can proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges across initiatives through use if innovative problem solving and critical thinking
  • Collaboration - Proven ability to influence and make decisions cross-functionally in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial.
  • Skills & Experience : Strong change management experience; Well versed in Prosci , Design Thinking and / or Agile methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience communicating with senior management teams;
  • Results-oriented; Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally; Proactive and able to drive deliverables;
  • Experience in bringing innovative ideas to reality; Able to connect the dots across various initiatives.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Comfortable in identifying risks and mitigations; Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, and work independently to meet deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment;
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
