Assist in handling the background assessment for potential recruits, proposing and making offers, as well as performing tracking and monitoring of new recruits.

We are looking for someone with :

Degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics or Finance related subjects

At least 4 years of work experience in insurance industry with good understanding in tied agency

Good knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors

Good team player, willing to accept challenge and work under tight timeline

Good analytical & numeric skills, and strong business sense

Good organization skills & attentive to details

Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Nice to Have :

Preferably The Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) holder

On the job you will :

Responsible for industry and organic profiles’ recruitment assessment and recommendations

Work closely with Field Force and Agency Directors to ensure timely and quality completion of the recruitment process and preparation of offer letters

Monitor special profile recruits by providing monthly tracking reports to Agency Directors in order to keep track of new agents’ productivity and for proper retention

Prepare tracking reports and monitor recruitment performance of managers for different recruitment contests and campaigns to help drive recruitment momentum

Conduct recruitment analysis for Management’s review so as to facilitate close monitoring of the recruitment pipelines and activities

Support all company recruitment initiatives to help achieve manpower growth objectives

Provide on-site support to regular recruitment events and any other necessary support to team members as required
