  • Our client is a sizable organization with portfolio of over 40 offices and other premises including logistic centre and warehouse internationally;
  • Currently looking for a "Assistant Facilities Manager" with a MEP / Building Services background to oversee and manage the technical facilities support practice.

    Responsibilities :

  • Manage facilities staff and contractors to achieve the most optimal labour time / cost ratio
  • Be the first point of escalation for large facility maintenance emergencies
  • Supervise service contractors and report to Facilities Manager
  • Prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
  • Daily oversight of all facilities budgets and spending
  • Oversee maintenance-related procurement requests
  • Project-manage portfolio large-scale maintenance projects including overseas premises
  • Ensuring Fire & Life Safety
  • Traveling to oversea premises if necessary (1-2 times / year)
  • Requirements :

  • 5 years + experience in A&A, Projects / Facilities Maintenance work
  • Tertiary education in electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Building Services Engineering or related areas.
  • Pro-active leadership style and a natural communicator with vision,
  • Meticulous, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong sense of ownership in delivering results
