Responsible for establishing, executing and running a business change programme to ensure that Asia Pacific markets are completely ready to consume and sustainably commercialise the customer journey deliveries
Establishing a common approach to establishing the required skills and structure in markets to fully commercialise investments
Work with disparate stakeholders to understand both the status quo and in flight adjacent work in this area
Work with internal and external Global, regional and market stakeholders to establish the common and best in class execution programme for Business readiness
Help promote and educate key individuals and teams on a standard Customer Journey mapping and delivery approach
Work with key individuals and coaches embedded in the markets before and after key deliveries to ensure that approach is embedded and commercialised locally
Establish clear commercial Return of Investment measurements for orderbook investments to enable clearer prioritisation
Leveraging customer propositions and consumer insights from Customer Value Management, product, competitor review to ensure competitive deliveries are fully supported to increase customer engagement across Digital channels to generate additional revenue and lower the cost to serve for the specific proposition
Apply consistent data, metrics and test results from customer reactions to iterate and improve upon playbook approach and ultimately tailor content, digital marketing and customer interactions to improve ROI and customer returns for the proposition
Ensure that the approach is embedded in local ways of working to drive incremental performance
Ensuring that investment in new customer journeys and digital deliveries is fully optimized for customer impact and commercial success
Help to evolve and modernize ways of working and individual skills in local markets to ensure success against competition in digital age
Reduction in time taken for change and adoption of new journeys by customers and staff
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable
Excellent people skills to empathise and understand status quo and eloquently translate playbook into effective implementation in local markets with stakeholders
Cultural and operating model change experience
Excellent understanding of local markets and status quo
Deep understanding of agile delivery principles Possess a blend of business and technical savvy, ability to drive strategy into action
An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation
Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
