Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effective execution of HR operational services across the employee life-cycle onboarding, talent movement, offboarding
  • Manage operations of key annual exercise rental reimbursement program, annual salary review
  • Partner with the team to provide advisory service to employees
  • Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR System
  • Support HR initiatives & projects process improvement, employee experience program
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Solid HR operations experience; candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer.
  • Experience in HR project management and / or technologies implementation is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with strong learning agility
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
