Assist in formulation of recruitment strategies & tactics for portfolio. Select the most qualitative candidates to meet short-
term and long-term business growth and make sure compliance with regulator, local laws and internal requirement. Manage the small team & their performance, and maintain the morale to deliver good result.
Conduct staffing needs analysis and provide support to management in manpower, staff cost & budgeting planning.
Formulate and implement recruitment and staffing plans to support business growth.
Plan recruitment channels (online portal, campus, job fairs, internal referral etc. and source qualified candidates for business needs.
Execute end to end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interview, offering and on-boarding to make sure quality hiring and compliance with both internal policies and external laws and regulations.
Use Taleo system to manage the hiring process. Establish candidate database for PRC.
Monitor recruitment channels and recruitment costs.
Manage the small team & their performance, and maintain the morale to deliver good result. Oversee pipeline, process and productivity.
Periodically track hiring result and engage key stakeholder. Timely provide alternative plan to meet business needs.
Submit recruitment MIS reports (e.g. recruitment progress report, recruitment channel analysis, recruitment efficiency level, recruitment costs analysis etc.)
Work with the regional and country talent acquisition team on implementation of recruitment initiatives or projects.
University graduate in relevant majors
At least 10 years’ talent acquisition or HR experience in MNCs.
Solid hands-on knowledge / experience on recruitment, and familiar with the local talent market.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Familiar with China labor law.
Relevant experience in local banks is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Change oriented and able to work under pressure.
Excellent English and Chinese, in both speaking and writing.
Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
Proficient in TALEO system.
