Job Responsibilities : Develop, implement and record C&B policy and procedures.Participate in regional and Corporate C&B related deliverables, monitor the compliance with labor laws and align across the region, e.

g., life insurance, personal accident insurance, etc.Consolidate and conduct analysis on C&B cost & proposals for all shore based employees in Hong Kong and overseas offices.

Support team administrator for the employee share options scheme.Prepare monthly staff listing and regular reports for senior management.

Review and align expatriate benefits and relevant policies with corporate standards.Give advice on enquiries on benefit issues for all shore based employees.

Assist in annual budgeting exercise and handle the salary review and bonus exercise.Any other ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned by superiors.

  • Job Reqiirments : Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;Minimum 6 years in HR field, regional experience or experienced in C&B related projects would be advantages;
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin;Extensive user of MS, especially Excel, knowledge in using SAP and HCM;Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation, knowledge in Ordinances in other countries would be a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Mature, initiative and independent;Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks within tight schedules.
