Position Description :
The incumbenbt will be responsibile for driving group-level human capital management initiatives across Esquel operations to improve employee and organizational productivity and developing insight into cross-
functional operations, align business flows and balance the needs between group and operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform feasibility analysis, define project scope and tasks, prepare budget and prioritize deliverables
Lead development of detailed process maps and related business requirements / functional specifications
Manage projects that cover
Solutions sourcing and evaluation, implementation and on-going support of the Human Resources Information System and Human Capital Management System;
Vendors / service providers sourcing, evaluation and management to deliver quality project deliverables and professional services;
Project proposals preparation and presentation to project stakeholders;
Business process harmonization and data standardization to drive operation efficiency and meet compliance requirements through applying HR best practices and group standards;
Solution architecture design to improve and strengthen end user experience; and
Workforce analytics to improve workforce planning and management.
Establish effective engagements with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and team members to deliver HR solutions.
Utilize effective change management techniques to ensure user adoption and satisfaction with HR systems and processes.
Partner with IT to deliver quality HR system solutions that are scalable and conform to entire Esquel technology landscape.
Drive continuous improvements by reviewing and adoption of latest HR best practice, HR technologies and solutions.
Lead and develop team members to achieve project task deliverables and professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
Degree holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 10-year work experience in which 3 years with people management responsibility
At least 5 years of project management experience of HR solutions implementation and HR process reengineering
Proven sucess of full cycle of HR system implementation
Solid experience in HR cloud based solutions implementation
Solid understanding of employee life cycle administration, process mapping and redesign
Experience in driving global / regional HR solutions projects
Good written and spoken English and Chines (including Mandarin)
Knowledge of professional project management methodologies (SCRUM, PMP)
Experience in HR data sharing, data migration and application integration projects
Experience in managing offshore / remote team and end users
Experience in managing vendors and monitoring service level agreement
Result oriented and multi-tasking
Work independent with operational units as well as head office colleagues
Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication skills
Occassional travel to other location (Asia and / or China) as assigned
